On Sunday morning (5/9) I sketched this exciting scene in waterfront park looking toward the boats in the river with the morning sun raking east to west and catching the diners at Sea Level and also some picnickers on the lush grass. The flowering trees are spectacular this time of year with their subtle colors and values ~ it is as though these blossoms are shouting “Come out!
