The overlook area midway through the Parker River Refuge is serene, sometimes lonely, often windy, bleak, and colorful at the same time. I have to admit that I got lost in the painting as the swans, and the birds, came and went on cue. At first it appears that there’s a lack of color at this time of early spring however, the more one spends time there, the more color and visual excitement approaches.
