Watercolor of View from Plante Bridge in Newbury MA

This is a 11" x 14" watercolor started onsite in Newbury, MA on the side of the William Plante Bridge. It is a wonderful view later in the day as the sun slides behind the band of trees broken only by the marvelous sound of the commuter train whistle as it slides across the marshes in the distance. The river runs swiftly through the channel as it heads to the bridge underpass. There is subtle color in the grasses and banks of the river...and, of course, there are egrets and sea gulls and canadian geese. And, it is, without question, peaceful and serene. Free shipping!
