When I posted the study, it was apparent to me from the comments that many people had vivid memories of the Inn Street barbershop. It has a rich and meaningful past to the city residents and it is an important part of the current downtown ambiance of Newburyport. The location with the Unitarian Steeple in the background is as iconic as Esther is in the window! I hope my interpretation does it justice.
