I had no idea what would happen - whether the painting would work or the Bakery would consider me 'in the way'. To my great delight, neither happened. The hostess (if that is the right word) Jennie eventually came over to look and 'approve' followed by a latte and scone - no wonder they are soooo successful. The activity and the ambiance comes in bushels. In the morning light, the scene is electrifying and I hope I have captured the essence of it.
