morning it was cold and rainy in Market Square Portsmouth however I was able to find a spot out from under the weather. I started the drawing and the layin. I continued for the next two mornings working on the design, the subjects and the values. Gradually it started to come alive. People started to enjoy the outdoors sitting at the tables.
